- Contact details you give us — your name, phone number, and email address, when you request a free estimate through our website, our Facebook/Instagram lead forms, phone, text, or email.
- Project details you give us — the kind of flooring you're considering, how many rooms, your timeline, and anything else you tell us about the job.
We don't ask you to create an account on this website, and we don't collect payment information through it.
How we use it
- To respond to your estimate request — typically Bang, the owner, calling you back personally.
- To prepare your written quote and schedule your installation.
- To follow up on an estimate or job you asked about.
We don't sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.
Facebook and Instagram lead forms
If you submit your details through one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, that information passes through Meta's platform and is also subject to Meta's Privacy Policy. We receive the details you entered so we can contact you about your estimate.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests for as long as needed to serve you — to quote, install, and stand behind the work. If you'd like your information removed, just ask (see below).
Your choices
- Ask us what information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.
- Opt out of follow-up messages at any time — reply STOP to a text or tell us on the call.
